Painful Day Off

Today was a really painful day!  I hurt my back Sunday and it sees to be getting worse each day.  I think it is a pulled muscle or something.  If it was any worse then I would be able to walk.  I look like I am 9 months pregnant the way I walk with it LOL.  It hurts SO bad and the throbbing and pulsing of my lower back is the worst!  Other than that it was a pretty good day.  I spent some time with the family and finally got to sit down for a meal with them.

I was doing some work on the laptop when our internet went down and it was down for almost 8 hours!  Our cable company called Mediacom better get a grip on their outages! I met some really cool friends today on Twitter and finally got rid of all of the twitter spam with a program I found on the web.  I also met some cool people on Facebook today as well.   I am up pretty late tonight due to the pain and not being able to lay flat (Might be sleeping on the couch tonight).  I am catching up on a bit of emails and I got a great email from a long time friend named Trish.  She is a voice over artist and would like to come back to work for HVRN.  She asked for some liners to do, so I sent them her way and I am sure they are going to sound awesome!
