Family Weekend

Thanksgiving is now over and it was a pretty good one this year.  Had some great food and good time catching up with everyone.  I left a bit early due to my tooth killing me (really puts me in a bad mood) but other than that, all worked out good.  Kris brought home some leftovers and well be eating them for a month!  She also made her first homemade apple pie and it was GREAT!  I am eating that thing all by myself.  Way to go Kris!

I had a really like day on Friday with a double show but it was really good!  I got to meet Gary and Candy from the haunted Hill view manor. Joel and I interviewed them for a 2 hour show and they had some really good stories and EVP from that place.  They also invited Joel and I out there and said they would pay for the hotel room if we came for a visit!  After the main show I had a special show with a live performance from the band "Good Drift Wood" and those two kids have some talent!  They kept Joel and I both entertained and amazed at what they could do.  I hope to have them back again very soon!

When Kris gets home today I am wanting to go to the store to pick up a few decorations for the house.  I want to decorate the outside for Christmas this year as the munchkin is really looking forward to that.  I haven't done it the past couple of years due to our old decorations failing to work.  It is time to get a fresh look out there to cheer up the family for the Holiday season this year.  It is going to be a rough one without Trina this year so we will need all of the cheer that we can get.  Lot's to do this weekend and I am not going to get anything done by doing more on this blog so will keep everyone updated!
